Warranty
Every Eldina product is built to perform and tested before it leaves the factory. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Coverage
All Eldina products including accessories and spare parts are backed by a 12-month warranty from the original purchase date. Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
What's Covered
Defects in parts and materials within the warranty period. If a fault is identified, we'll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost, subject to the conditions below.
What's Not Covered
Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product guidelines.
How to Make a Claim
- Email us at hello@eldina.com.au with your order confirmation or proof of purchase
- Include clear photos or video of the defect and a description of the issue
- We'll assess and guide you through the next steps - in some cases we may request the item be returned for inspection
Replacements
Replacement items carry the remaining warranty period of the original purchase. Fully refunded products will have their warranty voided.
