Returns, Faults & Refunds
We want you to love what you've purchased. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
If you've changed your mind, we'll happily accept a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging
- We are unable to accept returns on items that have been installed, used or damaged after delivery
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund, exchange or store credit within 5 business days.
Faulty or Defective Items
If your item arrives faulty or develops a defect, we've got you covered. We'll arrange return shipping at no cost to you and offer a full refund, replacement or store credit - whichever you prefer.
To lodge a fault or defect claim, please contact us at hello@eldina.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or video of the fault
We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, you can choose from:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- An exchange for another product
- Store credit to use on a future order
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the funds.
Afterpay Orders
If your order was placed using Afterpay, refunds will be processed back through Afterpay. Please note that any instalments already paid will be refunded, and any remaining instalments will be cancelled.
