1. Deliveries & Orders

Delivery methods, prices, and times

Standard orders are typically delivered within 2 to 10 business days from the date they leave our warehouse. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, especially for regional or remote areas.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, quantity of items, and your delivery location or via a flat-rate when listed. You’ll be able to view the final shipping fee after adding all products to your cart and before completing your purchase.

We partner with a range of trusted courier and freight providers to ensure the best possible delivery experience including time and cost. You’ll receive full delivery details, including the selected carrier, once your order has been processed.

I have not received a confirmation email or delivery information after completing my order.

If you haven’t received an order confirmation or shipping details within a few hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered. If it’s not there, it’s possible your email address was entered incorrectly at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number from both us and the selected delivery provider once your order has been dispatched.

2. Returns, incidents and refunds

My order has arrived damaged. What do I do?

Please head to our Contact Us page and submit a request using the subject line: "Faulty | Damaged Goods".

To assist you as quickly as possible, be sure to include:

We aim to respond to all claims within 3 business days. If you placed your order as a guest, simply create an account using the same email address you used at checkout so we can link your order.

Depending on the situation, we’ll work with you to find the best solution - whether that’s a repair, replacement, refund, store credit, or return.

Note: Photographic evidence is required to process all damage claims.

When can I expect my refund after a return?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue your refund within 15 business days via the original payment method.

Please note, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 days, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page.

Refunds apply to the full product price paid.

Initial delivery fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Are returns free?

When returning an item for a refund, you’ll receive a full refund of the product price paid.

3. Product Support

Warranty Policy

Eldina warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and to meet acceptable standards of quality and durability for their intended purpose. All warranties are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

From the date of delivery, all products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of affected parts resulting from manufacturing faults.

To make a warranty claim, you must provide:

  • Proof of Purchase
  • The product reference
  • A description of the defect and the affected component
  • Clear images showing the issue

Without this information, Eldina reserves the right to decline the warranty claim or charge for transportation and repair where the issue is not covered by this warranty.

The following are not covered under this warranty:

– Damage resulting from incorrect assembly or failure to follow the provided assembly instructions.

– Damage sustained during transport without the original packaging.

– Burns, cuts, dents, creases, marks, scratches, or other damage caused by pets or improper use.

– Contact with chemical substances (e.g. acids, solvents, dyes, paint, ammonia, lacquers, or other harsh products), or the use of unsuitable cleaning agents for the product’s materials.

– Natural changes in colour or texture due to normal use, or improper maintenance.

– General wear and tear, or ageing consistent with regular use.

– Any indirect or consequential damage or loss.
